The Kirk Center (KC) is located on Main Street and is the primary dining option for and staff on campus and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

When asked about the KC, Dean of Student Life, Joshua Gillespie, said, “We as staff want to ensure that students never have to worry about their eating patterns or social life getting in the way of breakfast, lunch or dinner”.

One of the student body’s favorite meals from the KC is their breakfast. Breakfast selections include yogurt, fresh fruit and main dishes such as bacon, eggs, or sausage as well as pancakes, french toast and other breakfast dishes.

According to The UO website “Healthy options and fan favorites are served buffet-style at several stations”. This is so Students can relax in booths or enjoy their meal in large groups at high-top tables.

A Freshman at The University of Olivet Amani Russ said, "Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite between classes or for a relaxed meal I like how we can enjoy our time with friends.”

The “Carte Blanche” meal plan is required for residential students and allows you to enjoy all 19 meals offered each week in the Kirk Center–including breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, as well as brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday,” According to the UO website. Students will also receive $125 in Comet Cash.

Another option for students is the “100 on the Run” meal plan that includes 100 meal swipes that can be used at the KC, Tu Taco, or the Starbucks Café. In addition to the meal swipes they receive $200 in Comet Cash per semester, according to the UO website.

For students to receive any meal provided by the KC staff members, they are required to have their Student ID present and ready to scan in.
