Celebrate LGBTQIA History Month with Student Engagement

Olivet College has announced plans to celebrate LGBTQIA History Month. Throughout October, there are seven LGBTQIA observances, beginning on Oct. 8, International Lesbian Day.

On Oct. 27 at 7 p.m., a “Netflix Watch and Discuss Party” is planned. Participants will watch “The Death and Life of Marsha P. Johnson,” a documentary about the struggles of a transgender woman.

After the viewing, there will be a discussion session held via Zoom.
