Olivet will be providing a 56-passenger bus for fans to support the Comet football team.

The bus will be leaving from the Cutler Event Center at 7 a.m. on Nov.19. A sign up sheet will be posted outside of Karine Walters’ office in Cutler.

Ticket prices for the game are $10 for adults or $4 for students with a student ID.

After going 9-1 this past season, the Comet football team earned the outright Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) championship for the first time since 1974 and clinched an automatic bid to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III football playoffs.

Olivet went undefeated in the MIAA conference winning nine straight games for the first time in a single season according to olivetcomets.com.

With the result of winning the MIAA conference, Olivet will face John Carroll University (Ohio) on Nov. 18 at noon, at Don Shula Stadium.

Previously, John Carroll defeated Mount Union (Ohio) 31-28, handing Mount Union their first regular season loss since 2005,

snapping a 112 game winning streak according to espn.com.
