Fall Weather Brings Parking Challenges, Changes

Students are reminded that there is no parking on city streets from 2 to 6 a.m.
The seasonal law went into effect Nov. 1. The law is putin place to make it easier for city snowplows to clear roads in winter storms.
The tickets must be paid at city hall.
