A traditional semester-ending concert drew a full house as students, alumni and friends performed a variety of choral music, including selections from Handel’s “Messiah.”

The Nov. 22 concert featured the Olivet College Choir and a number of guests. Choir Conductor and Olivet College Music Director Timothy Flynn brought members of his choir from St. Mary Cathedral in Lansing, and pianist and Music Professor Ramona Kime directed and accompanied her choir from the Charlotte Congregational United Church of Christ.

Also on hand were guest musicians and alumni from the music program, including Jeremy Adams and Mark Gouba. The 70-minute concert also provided the opportunity for senior Zachary Nash to conduct two choir pieces as part of his music studies.

The performance was held at the Olivet Congregational Church.
