Lecture and Symposium - Esera Tuaolo

While I may, and do, disagree with his position, it was pleasant to hear someone talk about it from that perspective.

I spoke with him after the event, telling him that I was going to be dedicating a segment of my radio program on WOCR to many of the points he brought up in his speech. He was excited to hear this. He insisted that I give him the audio or video of the segment once I was finished. I was more than willing to do so.

I talked about the topic in some depth the following Friday. He had an email with the video attached the following day. I made very clear in the email that he was more than welcome to come on my program as a guest if he took exception to any of my arguments. I also told him that I would give him as much time as he needed to clarify his position or challenge mine.

I have yet to hear back from him. The video of the segment can still be seen on my website.
